About The Chapel farm group

We’re a small team with big-picture thinking, and yes, we live on Chapel Farm.

With experience working in front of the camera as a model, DJ and presenter, Josie understands how messages land in the real world, and how tone, rhythm and authenticity create genuine connection. That insight now underpins her work as a copywriter and voiceover artist, helping brands sound human, confident, and credible across platforms.

Josie has worked with organisations including Radio Clyde, STV, Horse & Country TV, Nation Radio Scotland, BBC Radio Scotland and Go Radio, and is represented by leading London voice agency Another Tongue.

Michael began his career as a sound engineer before running his own successful recording studio, alongside nearly two decades as a touring and recording musician with Texas.  Michael has worked with major artists across the world, including David Byrne (Talking Heads), The Proclaimers, Franz Ferdinand, Snow Patrol and Belle and Sebastian. In 2014 Michael was invited to mix the broadcast sound for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Commonwealth Games.  He later studied law and went on to work in both Westminster and the Scottish Parliament, gaining first-hand experience of political and policy environments. This rare blend of creative instinct, legal training, and frontline political experience informs everything from visual storytelling to campaign strategy, particularly for organisations operating in complex or highly scrutinised spaces
